Sorry fat thumbs - :-( having problems with my wireless network and also getting the following error messages: 1. "rund1132.exe unable to locate programme"; 2. "credui.dll not found"; and 3. "error loading wzcdlg.dll the specified module could not be found". I do note on Google that there is reference to these files and that there is a Trojan Warning attached to some of these issues. My question is: 1. has anyone downloaded the free patches on Google to see if they are OK (i.e. not more viruses)(have you used the Registry solutions to overcome this?); 2. whether I would be better just doing a re-install using the Dell Install disks; and 3. do these files effect my wireless setup in any way?????? Help :-(
can you restore your system to a point before you started to have these errors.
You might want to run a virus scan and go to the Software/virus/spyware forum read the FAQ on get a copy of Hijack this and posting it on the forum.
Another solution might be to do a system file check...
Get your installtion cd...
go to...Start...Run... in the command box type SFC /Scannow. this will scan your system for missing/damaged files..if it finds any it will ask for the install cd..
