 suliman258,

The Wireless/Bluetooth driver are a combined download at the link below. To turn on the wireless/Bluetooth in Windows 8/8.1 you would follow the information below.

Inspiron 3531 Drivers

How to turn on or turn off WiFi/Bluetooth?

  1. Launch Settings Charm and select Change PC settings.
  2. Select Wireless from the left pane.
  3. Under the Wireless devices option, move the WiFi/Bluetooth slider to turn it off. Move the slider again to turn it on.

I am having the continuous Bluetooth connective problems with this Mid 2013 3521, ever since I purchased this computer! I removed the driver and would like to reinstall unless you have another fix. Cant find driver link. One you give is a general link to dell drivers but cant find Bluetooth drivers. Hopefully Dell has come up with a good update for this problem.

I have the same problem. There is no Bluetooth driver in the device manager so I have nothing to turn on.
Furthermore, I cant seem to find anything from Dell about this. Surely Dell are better than this.

I had the same problem on my Inspiron 17 (7737).
It took a while to resolve because when I checked my PC, all my drivers were up to date and everything checked out OK with Dell (but I had still no Bluetooth button in settings!).
I then went from Check My PC to Drivers & Downloads ... Find Drivers ... Then in the Keyword box, search for "Bluetooth Drivers" (this will bring up a selection of resources that are specifically for your PC.
I downloaded two drivers that appeared and it resolved my problem.
I now have a Bluetooth switch in settings, a working mouse, and wireless headphones. I hope it works for you too.
