dell inspiron 3537 wireless problem

Question

I have a dell inspiron 3537, i7 4500U 1.8/2.4 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 1T HDD, a integrated video card from intell and a ati radeon 8850M 2 GHz. The problem is that when i watch movies or clips or anything on YouTube or other sites the wireless works for a couple of seconds and then drops. Then i disconnect and reconnect the wireless and then the same story happens. The same thing happens when i try to download something. This problem didn't occur when i had installed ubuntu or windows 10 as the driver for the wireless card was already installed by the OS. The driver that i have installed now is Dell Wireless 1705/1703 WLAN 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth4.0+HS Driver and my OS is Windows 8.1. Thank you in advance.

Guys can you help me too? I suddenly can't connect to any wireless network at all... When i started my Dell laptop yesterday I can't open google chrome because I can't connect... I searched for so many solutions and none of them worked... I tried the IP Config fix in the CMD Prompt and it still didn't work... Please help me fix it without reformatting my Dell laptop...
