Dell Inspiron 6400/E1505 Wireless connection problems

Question

When I try and search for wireless connections Laptop comes up with message saying, turn your wireless capability on .. then it says about a code or button at the side of the laptop to turn it on can't find anything and nothing is in the Owners Manual book, can anyone help?

Have you tried the Fn F2 key combination to toggle the wireless card on and off?   See page 74 in your Owner's Manual:   http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins6400/en/om/MD4024MR.pdf   Steve
