dell Latitude e6440 bluetooth not working

I feel so bad about all of Dell Products  why it is so complicated to make BLUETOOTH working ???? it is very boring i want to get rid of such laptop

yeah ive got the exact same problem, i went to the driver website and it said that you cant download one for windows 10 (both 32 and 64) and im not sure what to do
