Dell Network Assistant User Guide??

I just downloaded the network assistant and was hoping to find a user guide in the downloaded files.  Is there one available somewhere?

Thanks

Cannot help you on the User Guide bit at present but I'd appreciate your help with how to download the Dell Network Assistant trial software.  When I click on the Dell Support Link which pops up on my screen now and then, it is taking everywhere else but to the site where I can click on download!  Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen any real 'documents' - like pdf or word format, but the program author;
 == singleclicksystems.com
Offers a swf (shockwave) demo of the programs.

The Dell version is similar to their HomeNet Manager product, but doesn't seem to include the security features.
In any case, both the trial versions expire - leaving only basic troubleshooting functions until you pay the $40 USD to buy the full product.   They might offer some docs with the paid product - I'm not clear on that.

I am usually very cynical about Dell's (or anyone's) pre-packaged 'free' utilities.
I didn't pay any attention to this until I started getting the 'trial expired' nag screens.
Since it didn't annoy me enough to investigate it - and it did perform some useful function, I might consider looking at this some more.  They offer some sound basic tech advice on the site, too.

Greetings,
I have also purchased the Netork Assistant following expiration. I was actually quite happy with the utility, since I run a network onto which I let my Bed & Breakfast Guests for convenience to them. I was able to actually see Guests' computers which were/had been on my network . Quite nifty; I cannot see them anymore - just my own devices (and I DO know what/where those are!!) and that's what I purchased the program for. Also, every so often, the Assistant informs me that the Internet connection is down... When it is not!
I run Satellite Internet >>> Linksys Wireless router WRT54G >>> one HomeOffice desktop wired, one HomeOffice laptop wireless >>> Linksys WET54G wireless bridge in a nearby bldg (with another office) to bring the Internet connection there and also a WRE54G Linksys range extender to get the signal to not well covered corners in my HomeOffice. All works very well, but the Network Assistant does not "see" anything besides the laptop, the wired desktop, the wireless router.
Doing something wrong??? I would like to "see" all devices tapping into or serving my network!
Thanks for help/suggestions,
 - Roger T

I do not remember loading the Dell Network Assistant, but it is frequently popping up.  My system seems much slower since this started appearing.  How do I disable it or at least change the frequency that it appears?  (it comes up about every 5 minutes or less)

Just what is included with the program and the interactive demo here.

Their tech support is very helpful and very quick to respond.  I got a response within 5 minutes after sending their support people and e-mail.  They helped me with all my questions and even connected to my computer to show me how to do some things.

You can change the event notification frequency in the Program Settings (File -> Program Settings -> Event Notifications).
