Dell Network Assistant

Question

Just received a new scratch n dent XPS 410 from the Outlet. It's great!   However, the Network Assistant keeps on popping up from time to time.   My Internet connection is working fine -- this PC is networked via Ethernet cable to a Linksys router.   But the constant popups are annoying.    What value does the Dell Network Assistant add?  Linksys has a diagnostics program on the host PC, so I'm wondering if I lose anything if I uninstall the Dell Network Assistant.  Mdachs

A quick search of the forums would have found numerous posts where I have commented on the buggy nature of the Dell Network Assistant and recommended its removal.  You will lose a lot of agravation and littile else if you uninstall it.   Steve
