Dell notebook compatible with Verizon or Cingular?
Dell sold me an XPS M1210 notebook, equipped with the A/V Communications package and a Dell Wireless 5700 Mobile Broadband (CDMA EVDO) Mini-Card. Will I be able to subscribe for mobile broadband access with Verizon OR Cingular without buying a card from them? Anyone have any opinions on their services?

The 5700 Mobile Broadband MiniCard will work only with Verizon.
You have to call Verizon or Dell to get the card activated. (Numbers should be there in your documentation)
