Dell sold me wrong 3G internal modem

Question

I purchased an E4300 latitude on the dell outlet. I also ordered (from dell accessories, not outlet) what the rep said was the right 3G internal modem for my existing Sprint 3G service (I told the Dell rep my laptop model number when ordering). I even asked him if he was sure (sigh)... After several hours of fiddling with ControlPoint and installing/uninstalling different drivers, I called tech support who says I got the wrong part #. They sold me DR170 (SKU 313-5193) but I'm told I need H167C instead. No matter what driver I use, the device under modems says Dell Wireless 5720 TELUS Mobile Broadband (EVDO Rev-A Minicard. I've given up on this card unless anyone has a suggestion other than ordering the right card. The service I have is with Sprint and I told the rep that when I ordered. I'm pretty sure I have to return this card. I want to make sure I have the wimax capable 4G card so can someone provide a part# for a 3g/4g Sprint modem that will work in the E4300 latitude. EVDO isn't 3G/4G speed. If you want 3G/4G, you should buy a new USB stick from Sprint.
