Unfortunately that does not work, that will only turn on/off my internet wireless connection but, even if I open the menu, Bluetooth is nowhere to be found.
The support chat is never online, nobody responds my emails, the calls to the support department get disconnected after being on hold for 15 min and I can't even get support on the forums... what is going on??
Ordering one extra year of support cancels the original one year?
I really love my laptop but the after-sale service is just non-existent... and I don't even have two weeks with my product!

arnoldot,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Try pressing the FN+F2 to turn bluetooth on and off.

Ok... I am getting quite frustrated, now.

I feel your pain. I'm having the same problem. I'd love to see this company put some interest into customer service. "Undercover Boss" anyone?

You can disable the wireless button in the BIOS of the system.
