Glad to see your post and know it's not just me. I finally found some time to try to figure out what the problem is with my mom's new computer, and I haven't been able to get thru to any support page on the dell site. figures.
So I called the main # posted on the main page of the DELL website and the person told me their's no reported problems with the support pages. He said that things on his end looked ok and offered no other suggestions for troubleshooting. I'm still having problems accessing the support pages so there must be something wrong. I can click and access all the other links except for the support stuff which I really need to access.

Nope, still broke. It's not your system. Yesterday it was Dell's login server, today Dell's Support pages, tomorrow the world :emotion-5:
I have someone else to help, so I told them to be patient.

I'm in contact with someone from Dell on Facebook and they thought it was back up but I'm not getting anything here.
They are aware and working on it.
It still not working. Works inside Dell but still not outside.
