Dell V310-V510 PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT.AND I CANNOT UPDATE DRIVERS
MY NEW HP LAPTOP WILL NOT SEND A SIGNAL TO MY DELLV310-V510 PRINTER. iI TRIED TO GO TO DELL WHO HAS NO UPDATE FOR THE DRIVER. I BELIEVE MY COMPUTER TRIED TO CONVERT MY PRINTER TO HP BUT IT DIDN'T EITHER. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO? ANY HELP OUT THERE FOR ME? WOULD APPRECIATE ANYTHING YOU COULD DO. PRESLEY

Operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit?
What virus program and firewall are you using?
