Dell website - Win7 Upgrade Web Page Unresponsive/Frozen
Dell's online system validated my Service Tag number on 10/24 for upgrade. I pressed
Day 1, 10/24: No response from site. Nothing. For hours. Logged off and back on. Nothing continued.
Day 2, 10/25: Nothing continued. I'm connected to Dell via open broadband ... Is it my imagination, or are Dell management and sytstem capacity overwhelmed by customer efforts to register for for Win7 free upgrades?
Is there a secret to getting this upgrade? (don't suggest calling customer service, which currently consists of recorded prompts that eventually culminate in disconnection)
