Dell wireless router issues

Question

Ok i haven't logged in to the routers main config in a while. I know how to get the page up but it asks for a name and password and well quite frankly i don't remember it. is there anyway that i can retreive this information or reset the password and id?

Isn't there a physical reset button on the router which sets it to factory default (unconfigured without password)?
