Dell Wireless WLAN Utility Can't be opened

I've been realizing this problem for quite a few days. I have my icon on the task bar, but when I right-click on it and choose ' Open Utility', the utility window doesn't appear! However, it didn't matter because the software still managed the network as usual.

But later my network manager changed the SSID name. On earlier days when he did so I just simply open the utility and change the SSID name as well to continue to use the network (Well, I don't know why he did so but I just followed him). But this time as the utility window can't be opened I have to enable the WZC service and connect using windows. However it seems very unstable because the connection drops occasionally. Moreover, the Dell software seems to stop WZC at times. I think as long as I can open the utility and configure it everything will be solved won't it?

Can anybody help? It might be a minor problem so thanks in advance.

PS. If necessary, contact me in email so I can send print-screen to help visualize this issue.

If both utilities are dropping the connection, that's probably a good inidcation it's not the software but rather a weak signal or card.

I have always liked the WZC utility to manage connections over any third party software.
