Matan,
Try running Finding System Information and remove your product ID. Post the rest of the information back here. Leave it in Hebrew, I'll see what I can do to help.
I have a Dell XPS L501x with Bluetooth and here is what my device manager looks like.

mTny,
If you run Finding System Information remove your product id and post the rest of the information back here, I can see which bluetooth adapter you have.

mTny,
Yes, try installing the drivers I provided, again.
Restart your computer.
Look in device manager. If the items are still there with yellow exclamation marks, the try unistalling the drivers from the device manager.
Restart your computer and the new hardware wizard may find the drivers. If not, then installing the drivers might work.

Chicco666,
Did you try installing these Italian Drivers?
Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 (Italian Drivers)
Intel Centrino Wireless-N1030 Bluetooth v3.0 + HS (Italian software)

Post Scriptum: I scanned the whole hard disk lookin' for a driver , nothing found. When outlook 2011 starts, launches bluetooth plugins.. , it runs and loads with no warning message. .. i'll try to unistall the entire office suite, but i need time for a complete backup before. Thank you for the interest in my little "heat". ; )

already tryed all 2 solutions.
I tried to remove all bluetooth devices, and at the restart, they returned :(.
i tried to update the drivers, but no driver compatible was found in the hole hd (it tooks 10 minutes), and nothing found in internet (microsoft search).
But i think tere isn't nothing of "phisic " to install, my bluetooth device (nokia e51 and nokia c5) works perfectly, my private vpn works, I have to try to reinstall nokia suite, or remove office.
