Dial Script Assistance

I need to use my D600 with a Conexant D480 modem to support AT commands and dialup sequences. What do you enter in the ".cmd" file to connect to the modem? I am not using this for ISP connection so please don't suggest dialup software or alternate routes. If this is not the right forum to be asking this question, please redirect me to alternate source.
