Dial Up Connection

I have just purchased a used Latitude CPi with no telephone jacks for dial up connection.
What do I need to purchase to hook up the phone line?

Chuck,

Welcome to the Forum,

Click here to see your Dell Download WebSite

These would have been the original choice of options from Dell on your CPi:

Communication Drivers

3Com 3CCM156 Modem
3Com Eagle 2.0 WinModem (3CXM356)
Psion V.90 56k+fax PCMCIA Modem
Xircom WW Combo 56K+10/100 CBEM(PC Card) type II
Xircom WW Combo 56K+10/100 RBEM(PC Card)RealPort

Network Drivers

3Com 10/100 MB Ethernet Cardbus PC Card
3Com 3CCFEM656
IBM 16/4 Tokenring adapter
Xircom WW Combo 56K+10/100 CBEM(PC Card) type II
Xircom WW Combo 56K+10/100 RBEM(PC Card)RealPort

Quickest fix might be to visit a local Office Supply or Computer/Electronics Store
and buy a PCMCIA type modem.

Any Brand of PCMCIA Modem should work and it will come with its own Drivers on a diskette or CD
(or download from their WebSite).

(Don't know if they would sell a suitable "PC Card" type,
but with the above information, they should be able to tell you.)

All of your User Guides and Manuals are available {HERE} but you must download them and open as PDF's.
