Need to know the PC model number and operating system to give you any specific help. However, just getting drivers is not difficult - just go to support.dell.com, choose the type of computer you have (home or business), click Drivers and Downloads.
But I have a feeling there's more to it than just downloading stuff.
Your title implies you have a problem with dialup networking, which I assume means connecting to the internet via a telephone line, but your post doesn't mention a dial-up modem. Ethernet is only for broadband access, not for dialup, and audio is only for audio. A modem would usually be listed specifically as a modem, or if it has trouble a ? or ! next to a PCI device.
Did you have dial-up internet access before, and it's not working? What changed - did you reformat the computer, or something else?
