Dimension 3000 Network Controller Issue

I reformatted my Dimension 3000 desktop and installed Windows Small Business Server and will be using it as a test environment.  I am having some issues correcting some of the driver updates.  I first installed the CHIPSET driver successfully, and then installed Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection driver and diagnostic tool.  Both complete, but I do get lots of warnings while installing the driver saying that the publisher of the driver cannot be verified.  I restart and still when I go into device manager i have the yellow exclamation point for the Ethernet Controller.  Whats going on?
