Dimension 4300s ethernet controller

My client has a dimension 4300s and which has lost it's network connectivity.  On boot the system tries to install new equipment and is looking for drivers for the ethernet controller.   How do we determine what controller is on this system and where do we get the drivers?   Kathie

There are at least 5 possible network cards that could have been installed on the 4300S. Drivers are available at:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_4300S&os=WW1&osl=EN

To determine which network card is installed on your particular 4300S, go to the Dell Support Site, enter the Service Tag number for that computer, then click on the link to Original Configuration.
