Dimension 4400 wireless connection issues........
I am trying to set up a home wireless network for my Dell Dimension 4400, and my Dell 9300 laptop. I installed a Netgear pci wireless adapter in the 4400, the laptop was wifi ready when we purchased it. I purchased a Belkin wireless router and we have a Brighthouse modem. The short story is that there is no ethernet connection point on the 4400. My router requires me to connect an ethernet cable to the computer, which I cannot do. Do I have any other alternative method of setting up this computer for wireless connection? Would there be a way to add an ethernet port? A different router? Would it be simpler to just replace the 4400 with a newer model? I am new here, and thanks up front for any help you can give me.

ok so to set up wireless i am sure that you dont need to plug in the cat5 cable(unless this is a Belkin thing), if you have the wireless card you got is in the system did you put the driver for that card on the system,
