directway satellite connection setup
3 weeks no help of any kind, didnt even get an install cd. dell and directway are clueless.

You might want to try the Direcway Satellite forum at DSL Reports. While I'm not familiar enough with satellite networking to help, the DSL Reports forums I read are very helpful and high quality. The folks there will need more details about the problem you're experiencing in order to help you.
