Do I need a network card or modem??
I have the opportunity to get a special bundled Dell through my work. There are very few options to upgrade and I've noticed that the final package does not have a network card or modem. It of course has an internal wireless card. I have cable internet so don't need the modem, but do I need a network card? I plan on networking the computer to my desktop (wirelessly). Am I going to regret buying a computer w/out a modem or network card? Do I need a network card if I want to hook the laptop up to the cable directly? I'm getting a great price (I think) $830 for this bundle. Is there anything else I should be getting? Here's the specs, thanks in advance:

Although not listed in the specs, this model, along with all current Dell models, has an integrated ethernet network controller (a network card). This network controller will allow you to hook up to your cable directly.
