Downloads for modem

I have an Inspiron 1200, after reinstalling Wiindows XP I can not go online. It says I do not have modem, but I know I have a modem. It is not recognizing the modem. So I know there are downloads for this. Can someone please give me link to where these downloads are?

HI, I have the same problem, but with "INSPIRON 1100".
And this 3 hardware have "yellow ?" in the device manager:
Ethernet Controller
Pci Modem
Video Controller

Go to the top of this page, roll your mouse pointer over the tab marked notebooks, click on the model series that you have.  The downloads will be under the tools tab.
