Driver for Network Controller (Wireless not working)

I have no idea what cuased this but all of the sudden, my wireless stopped working. In network connections, my computer does no recognize that it has a wireless card installed.   I have a dell latitude D610 (XP) with internal wireless. The intel icon shows up but it says no wireless adapter was found. Any clues?? I tried downloading and installing the various drivers from the dell website, but to no avail. Anyone else experience this?? In device manager 'network driver' shows up with a question mark beside it, but I'm unable to 'update' or reinstall te driver...   HELP!!   I am not sure where all the CDs are that came with my computer. am assuming finding them would help... any other ideas???

It could be the seating of your mini PCI card that has your wireless on it. It clips on like a piece of Memory. It is behind a panel on the bottom of your laptop. It looks like a big piece of memory with wires running to it. I would try reseating it.
