Driver for RealTek RTL 8150

Question

Dear my friends: My Dell i-800 has its LAN connection  dead!.  I use a  REALTEK RTL 8150 USB adapter but it cannot work w/o driver. Who have its driver; please, post it. Thank you for your help. TLL. PS : Dell i-8200 Windows XP / SP2 / 1Gb of Memory Toshiba 80DB HHD 7200 RPM.
