Dayf, try to restart you computer on safe mode by pressing F8 on the DELL logo several times, then choose savemode, open any account and try to use the computer as usually, if the computer doesnt freeze up what I recommend is to try to reinstall windows again and this time download from another computer all your drivers, if you dont know wich drivers to download send me a msg and I will tell you wich ones

Dayf,

Make sure that you install the chipset drivers for your motherboard as the first drivers installed after reinstalling Windows.

There must be more going on here than just the ability to get the network to work.  When you say you have installed 6 times, are these clean installs (reformatting before installing)?  With each install, have you tried removing all devices attached to the computer, then reformatting, installing Windows, then installing the chipset drivers, followed by reinstalling each device, one at a time, with a reboot after installing each device.  This might give you some idea as to which device is causing the problem.
