Here's a better, possibly, option for you. There is a new program out called Virutal PC which allows you to run 95, 98, 98SE, ME, 2K, XP and Server 2003 from the same machine simultaneously, and it's from Microsoft!
I've actually already replaced the OS. I was hoping the drivers for XP/2000 would work, but the utilities installation disk refuses to install them.
The idea of VM might be what I have to do. It's no big deal for me to put XP back on this machine and start from there, as long as that takes care of the driver issue.
Yes you can use the XP Drivers for the I8600 or 8500 but you have to browse them out manually. IT WILL WORK! for win2003 Server. The only drivers I have not found to work yet are for the bridge 1394 Network Controller.

The Dell download page didn't offer Server 2003 as one of the OS choices.
