Are you able to connect to Internet on your system on a different network? If you are facing the same issue on a different network then you can try reinstalling the wireless card driver. I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Wireless card driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, and click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’then download the wireless card driver from Network section onto the system and install it.
