DW 1520 Driver;Limited Access error

Since 1 week I am facing this problem..My Wifi works for sometime then it stops working and instead gives me a 'LIMITED ACCESS' error..When I disconnect and try to reconnect it, it won't connect. I went in the troubleshooter and chose the network adapter problems and windows would say 'RESOLVING PROBLEM'..and by that windows would UNINSTALL MY WIFI ADAPTER.After that I don't see any Wifi networks in the list..

I went through my Dell Drivers CD and tried to install the DW Driver..But it said something along the lines of "Software not found/not compatible" .

I tried to do a System Restore multiple times, but it failed everytime.Restore wouldn't be successful and would give me some error..So I tried the Dell Factory Image Backup and restored my whole PC to factory settings. Still my Wifi adapter was missing..So i tried installing the adapters from the CD and the dell support website..did not help..after a few restarts and windows update my Wifi came back.

I thought problem solved but it still gives a limited access error after sometime and then I have to restart my PC again so to access my wifi properly..I have to restart again and again..works for a few hours then goes..I am not opening the troubleshooter again because it uninstalls my adapter and then I try to reinstall it and it fails.

My wifi gives me a limited access error,My driver always gives me a Code 10 error- The device cannot be started. And it(driver) keeps appearing, disapperaring and reappearing.

Right now I dont see my Wifi adapter in Drivers at all.

Any help?

DW 1520 driver was installed.

I have similar problems with wifi for latitude e6410: wifi either doesn't start automatically when turned on or it suddenly fails.First I used a Netgear USB adapter instead, but found that when I inactivated and then activated the inbuilt unit, it started to work again. Since that is done rapidly I inactivate/activate when the trouble appears.
