Thanks for the post! Replacing the card installed in your system, or selecting an unlike replacement, will depend on the model of system you have. I would suggest taking a look at the Dell Drivers & Downloads support page (linked below) and using the service tag look up to pull up your systems available drivers. You can then view wireless card drivers for all of the cards Dell has confirmed work in your system. Replacing with any of these should be a safe bet for you.
