e-mail problems

New wireless touch screen Dell Studio One....Cable connected 1 1/2 weeks ago and still can't use computer.  Have called cable company many times and also Dell Service.  Dell service did a lot of things and charged me $175  said I wasn't covered but after checking the computer found I have McAfee for at least a year.  Really ticked about this!  Also, e-mail duplicates e-mail addresses on incoming and outgoing and can't seem to use the e-mail properly.  Also, while I am complaining.....when you are reading something such as news and have to go to page two or more....it just wont go.  I only get to read first page.  And, also, print is so small and can't figure how to make it larger.  Please...someone...help me!!!
