I have an inspiron 6000d and I am having trouble with my modem connecting.  I am using the trail earthlink total access account I have and have been using this dial-up service for about 3-4 weeks successfully.  Now, when I try to longin through it it gives me an error telling me to set up a new location but when I try to do that it tells me I don't have a modem.  I don't understand why it isn't recognizing my modem and any help would be greatly appreciated.
