EMAIL ATTACHMENTS

I use Outlook Express for my email - when I try to open attachments with a Kodak logo on them I get the following message:  "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action - create an association in the Folder Options Control Panel" -

How do you create an association in the F older Options Control Panel to open these attachments?

Thank you - I have been that far - I just don't know how to "create an association" - there are several Kodak Icons in there -
