Email Problem

I hope someone can help me.  When I am reading my emails and I click on a link in my emails, it won't take me to the web page.  This happens quite a bit and it really getting frustrated. To solve this problem i have been doing a system restore.  It works for a couple of days.  I should not have to do system restores to fix this problem.  I haven't done anything different on my computer to alter any settings.  Even to verify my email so that i can post this message i couldn't do.  I had to get a hotmail. 

My computer is only 3 months old. My email is outlook express. I use internet explorer.  Windows XP.
