Empty promises of WLAN networking driver memory leak solution

Dell should be ashamed! After 6 years of empty promises we haven't got anything. I have been experiencing memory leak since I have bought my E6420 and always thought that 8GB of RAM is not enough. Countless times I had to restart my browser thinking it has memory leak all while it was DELL's WLAN driver. I am talking about WLTRAY.EXE that uses 16K handles and 500M page faults:
