How do I enable wifi on a dell inspiron 15?

The Inspiron 15 name includes all of these 19 different models:

Inspiron 1545, 1546, 1564, M5010, N5010, M5030, N5030, N5040, N5050, 3520, 3521, 3531, 3537, 3541, 3542, 5542, 5545, 5547, and 7537.

Which model do you have?

I do not know.  I can''t find the model number on the laptop.  S/N

You have an Inspiron 3521. According to your model's Quick Start Guide you are supposed to press the Fn key and the F2 key at the same time to toggle the wireless on and off. There is  picture of it on page 2 of your Quick Start Guide.
