Error 2131
Look I am really new to this but I have I a vostro 1500 and Itunes when I go to burn a cd of music I get this error 2131.
Can anyone tell me what this error is and how step by baby step to correct this. I tried reading some of the other posts but I really don't unterstand what they are saying since I don't know computers all that well. I am new to this form type of questions and answers

Click Start, Run and type 'regedit'.
In Registry Editor expand to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class
Find and Select {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Find and delete both registry keys UpperFilters and LowerFilters.
Exit registry Editor and restart your PC.
