Error 797 Inspiron 15 (1564)
I am getting Error 797 modem related error while connecting using Direct internet cable.I checked my Device manager's network adapters,WAN Miniport (PPPOE) showing a warning symbol.When i am tried to uninstall it ,but nothing happen.
I have checked updated drivers on DELL support site and installed all network related drivers,still i am facing the same issue.
please help me.

Hi Sandeep,
As per the screen shot i see there is an 'unknown device' which is disabled. Have you installed anything recently ? i also see 'Virtual Box ' adapter. Could you uninstall Virtual Box from your system please ? looks like the network components might not have been installed right.
Also, when do you get this error ? a screenshot of the error message would be appreciated.
