Since the module name in which the error is occurring is reported as unknown, this will be a difficult problem to solve. You will have to troubleshoot by shutting down all programs running in the background to see if you can isolate which program is causing the error. Start by going to Start > Run and typing msconfig then click on OK. On the startup tab, uncheck the box next to one of the programs running from startup. Reboot, then see if the error goes away. Repeat this process until you find which program is responsible for the error.

The following text appears.
AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 01e26cfb
I am asked if I want to send an error report to Microsoft.
This error only happens after I close the window containing my workgroup computers, it has not occured elsewhere.

It would be helpful to know the exact text of the error message.
