Error Message
Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and not sure if I'm in the right
place. I am operating on a Dell with Win.ME, about 4yrs. old.
I installed Norton System Works 2004 on my commputor and when I
restarted the machine I now get this Error Message as follows:
A required DLL was not found DLLfile,QDCSPl.DLL Is this cause for
concern and if so can someone tell me what to do about it? I would
appreciate any help you all can give me. Vicky
