'Etheret Controller' for win2k d8300

Question

I need the drivers for the 'Ethernet Controller' for my Dimension 8300. I uninstalled windows XP home because I needed IIS and installed windows 2000 pro, but now the computer can't find the 'Ethernet Controller' drivers. I tried installing the Intel chipset drivers on the resource CD, then the link on this site, and then the LOM drivers, but no luck. Can someone please help me?

i'm trying the Intel site now.  I went to download center, and i found the Networking & Communications menu.  Then, i went to the Ethernet Controller menu, and it gives me model numbers.  I don't know which one it is... my service tag is 402GB41.  can someone try to give me a link to a page with the driver i need? Message Edited by neothe0ne on 10-22-2004 06:25 PM
