Ethernet and Bluetooth not showing up...

Hi all, Hopefully, I can get some support here. I have a Dell D400 Latitude and I have two problems: 1. I cannot see the Broadcom Ethernet Adapter (my wired LAN Card) in the My Network Places properties, nor can I see it in the XP's Device Manager. I can however see my Inbuilt Wireless card at both locations. I have the latest BIOS and it is enabled in the BIOS. I thought it was a driver problem and I did re-install the driver but it did not help. Any ideas what's going on? 2. Bluetooth: When I try and click the 'Enable Bluetooth Radio' from the notification area, it says Bluetooth radio is turned off and that I must switch it on using Fn+F2. It is already on. Any advices? I wanted to update the driver but could not find the driver from the Dell Website. Can somebody kindly post a link to the latest drivers? Thanks. Kind regards.
