ethernet controller for inspirion 1200
i am unable to find the drive for my inspirion 1200 or the following drives to get it working my set up disk are still in iraq so i have to use the dell site to download

This is the Dell Support download site for that model. You should be able to download the video drivers under that heading. For your Ethernet adapter, click on "Network" and download the "Intel PRO/100 VE" driver. I would recommend installing the "Intel Mobile Chipset" driver first as this should resolve the SMBUS as well as other underlying drivers too.
