Ethernet controller Inspron 8500, OS: Windows Server 2003

Initailly  system was shipped with OS Windows XP home edition and dell resource CD with Ethernet card Drivers for XP only.  I have reformatted my hard disk. This time Operating System is Windows 2003 Server. I could not be able to connect to High speed Internet using Ethernet card. Control Panel/system?hardware/Device manager/Ethernet Controller is appearing in YELLOW colour. Where do i find drivers for Windows Server 2003 and how I address this problem. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you tried looking on the Broadcom website to see if a driver is available?

Luckly I am not in New Oleans.

I need to use 440x drivers. how do i find whether my OS is 32 bit or 64 bit?

when i download from broadcom site, i could not get EXE/Set Up file for neither 32 bit nor 64 bit versions. wondering what could be the problem.

your OS is 32 bit.

More than likely it is 32 bit.  The XP driver has to work because for Virtual machines to run, it would rely upon that NIC for communication.
