Does the controller sho up as properly installed in the Device manager?  If so, it may be as simple as installing the chip set driver.  the NIC card will not work with the chip set driver installed.

okay mate hold on a minute because it takes a while to download through this USB and i have bittorrent open aswell, cuz i love naruto.

This should be the correct driver listed below, install it and let's see:

After you do this, reboot and check the device manager to make sure it is installed properly:

Right Click My computer and go to Properties.  Go to the hardware Tab and then Device Manager button.  If this device is not installed correctly, a yellow exclamation mark will show up next to it under network adapters.

Okay, did you download and install the correct driver for the NIC card?

where should the chipset driver be in the device manager and also my PCI modem is not installed aswell.

chip set driver will say smbus controler if its NOT installed.  look under ethernet adapters and see what it has.
