right click on it , select properties , and see if its running properly
sounds like you did not get the driver installed properly,.,,or incorrect driver

HI there and thanks for the reply, as far as i know the right drivers were installed, i used the service code on the machine to get the right drivers. I have checked the properties and it informs me that that the drivers are not installed and tells me to reinstall which i do to no avail.
