Before attempting to install any other device drivers, install the chipset drivers:

Then install the ethernet network adapter drivers:

As for the video drivers, you will need to know which integrated video adapter you have.   To figure it out, go to the following site:

enter your service tag number and click on the Original Configuration tab.
