Make sure that you install the chipset drivers for your motherboard as the first device drivers installed after reinstallation of Windows. The chipset drivers are at:
Download these files and then copy them to the hard drive on the computer on which you want to install them. Double click each file (chipset first), and they will unzip and then install the drivers.
